i often find myself going back and reading my own advice and encouragement i gave to others since one of the coping skills needed with my self-help asked 'if you can say so many nice and motivating things to others, why not to yourself when you deserve it just as much?'

it feels like im going through a time machine and talking to myself
it feels weird
but it also feels really good and sometimes, we all need to talk to ourselves better
